iBC first appeared in the face of this earth in Feb. 2001. We are based in the Greater Toronto Area. Furthermore, iBC is a direct evolution and development from the former P and L Computer Group also located in Toronto, On. Canada. Although we are sited in Toronto, we have served customers across the province, and even internationally as far as to South East Asia.
